The flooring solution especially designed for high-traffic commercial surfaces.
SUPRA panels have a plywood core impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resins, and a natural wood surface protected by Prodema's own proprietary finish, providing flooring with previously unimaginable characteristics.
The standard dimensions of SUPRA laminate products are:
Length x width: 2,450 mm x 188 mm
Available thicknesses are 11 mm (standard) and 14 on request. (For dimensional tolerances see technical specifications)
SUPRA provides all the warmth of natural wood without losing the best mechanical properties such as resistance to wear, impact and natural light, thanks to Prodema's experience in manufacturing high pressure laminates (HPL) for exteriors.
SUPRA has an exclusive Prodema surface protector providing exceptional resistance to wear equal to or exceeding AC6 requirements (general commercial use) in accordance with EN 438-2.
This makes SUPRA a flooring product with exceptional resistance to wear that requires no maintenance, unlike traditional flooring.
Exceptional scratch resistance meeting grade 3 requirements (discontinuous scratches and faint surface marks, and marks which are not visible under a force of 2N) in accordance with EN 438-2.
The protective layer, together with Prodema's 0.5 mm Bakelite HPL technology sublayer, provide outstanding protection from impacts exceeding 10N in accordance with EN 438-2.
SUPRA provides the best resistance to humidity in its class.
The phenolic board which forms the core of SUPRA is an excellent guarantee of protection, meeting EN 13553 requirements and placing SUPRA in the "WATERTIGHT" category.
The vast majority of commonly used products leave no stain on SUPRA surfaces. Products such as acetone, citric acid, bleach, hydrogen peroxide, coffee, vinegar and caustic soda spilled onto the flooring can be removed in the first hour with nothing more than a simple cloth without leaving a mark.
SUPRA provides the best solid color resistance to natural light in its class.
Most of its finishes meet EN 438 grade 4* requirements (according to grayscale).
* This does not include those colors indicated in the technical specifications.
Prodema's noise reduction solution consists of adding an insulating foam blanket beneath the SUPRA flooring during installation. Other products on the market use similar foams glued to the underside of the flooring, which can produce grooves. Prodema has chosen to employ a separate foam blanket for areas requiring additional noise reduction.
SUPRA meets standard 13.501-1 grade B1-S1 requirements.
